Terms of Service
Writees is a writing assistant operated by Ratio Global Inc. These terms explain your account, your writing, and paid subscriptions. By accepting these terms or purchasing a subscription, you agree to them.
1. Who provides Writees
Your agreement is with Ratio Global Inc., 1111B S Governors Ave # 98754, Dover, DE 19904, United States. Writees is a product of Ratio Global Inc.; Stripe checkout, invoices, and card statements may identify Ratio Global as the merchant.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into this agreement. If you use Writees for an organization, you must have authority to accept these terms for it.
2. Your account and acceptable use
Keep your sign-in account and connected tools secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize, including requests made through an MCP client. Provide accurate account and billing information.
Use only writing and other material you own or are authorized to process. Do not use Writees for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, deceptive impersonation, or attempts to bypass security or usage limits. Do not submit payment-card credentials, passwords, or sensitive personal information that the service does not need.
3. Your writing and AI output
You retain your rights in the material you submit. You permit Ratio Global and its service providers to store and process it as needed to provide Writees, maintain your account, and carry out your requests. This permission does not transfer ownership of your writing to us.
AI features send material needed for your request to external AI providers. See the Privacy Notice for the current providers and processing details. A writing voice profile describes writing patterns; it is not a verified identity, an authorship determination, or a guarantee of an exact match.
As between you and Ratio Global, you may use the output, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. Output can be inaccurate, similar to another person's output, or unsuitable for your purpose. Review facts, meaning, tone, and rights before publishing or relying on it. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, confidentiality beyond the practices described in our Privacy Notice, or a particular writing result.
4. Free Trial and paid plans
The free Trial includes 3,500 writing words, one voice rebuild, and one voice profile. It has no monthly reset or scheduled expiry. It does not convert into a paid subscription automatically. Lifetime Trial allowance means a one-time allowance available while your account and the service remain available, not a promise that the service will operate forever.
Monthly subscriptions are Basic at US$3.99, Plus at US$7.99, and Pro at US$29.99. The Plans & usage page describes each plan's word, voice rebuild, and profile limits. Paid allowances apply to the subscription billing period and do not accumulate indefinitely. Usage is measured according to the allowances shown in the product.
Stripe displays the amount, currency, billing frequency, and any applicable tax before you confirm a purchase. By confirming, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel. A paid plan starts when payment and subscription status are confirmed. Failed or overdue payment can interrupt paid access.
5. Changes, cancellation, and refunds
Open Plans & usage, then Manage billing, to update your payment method, view invoices, change your plan, or cancel. Review the amount and effective date shown in Stripe before confirming a plan change; prorated charges or credits may apply.
Cancellation stops future renewal and normally takes effect at the end of your current paid period. You retain paid access until that date, provided payment remains current. After the subscription ends, your account returns to its remaining original Trial allowance; cancellation does not refill it.
Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund for the current period. Contact Ratio Global using the details below about billing mistakes or refund requests. Any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights under applicable law remain available to you.
Deleting an account and cancelling a subscription are different actions. Writees checks for an ongoing subscription before account deletion. Cancel through Manage billing and allow the subscription to end before deleting the account.
6. Availability and responsibility
We maintain and update the service, but it may be interrupted by maintenance, provider failures, or other events. We may restrict use that violates these terms or threatens the service or other people, and may change or discontinue features. Where practicable, we will give reasonable notice of a material paid-service change.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. These terms do not require arbitration or waive your right to bring a claim in a court available under applicable law.
7. Updates and contact
We will publish revised terms with an updated effective date. Material changes to an existing subscription will be communicated before they take effect when required by law. A price change does not alter the amount you have already paid for a current billing period.
